Rudy
works with Castle Realty in Olympia Washington as both a Buyers
Agent and as a Listing Agent.
As
a buyers agent Rudy first establishes the buyers goals and needs
and keeps these in mind throughout the process. With his staff
at Castle Realty he provides daily searches matching a clients
needs to existing and emerging property listings. These listings
can be emailed directly to the client for their review on-line,
or dropped off to the client.
Rudy works closely with his clients taking them on home tours
and pursuing answers to all their questions. When a suitable home
has been found, Rudy assists in formulating an offer and will
present the offer and track the status closely for his client.
Working with his client he will continue to negotiate to reach
an agreement that is acceptable to both the buyer and the seller.
Rudy
follows-through with after-the-contract tasks such as property
disclosures, home inspections, progress of any repairs,coordinating
with lendors and title companies streamlines the home buying process
for his clients.
As
a listing agent Rudy provides thorough market analysis to determine
the best listing price to meet both the time and money requirements
of the seller and is sensitive to other seller concerns. He will
make suggestions to help the seller prepare the home for marketing.
After listing the home on the MLS Rudy sends flyers to every agent
in the area making them personally aware of the new property for
sale. With the support of Castle Realty he also places advertising
in the local newspapers and magazines. The lisitng is posted both
on Castle Realty's and Rudy's websites.
The
database process at Caslte Realty provides accurate information
on Ad Calls and prospective buyers who have visited a property
listed by Castle Realty. This gives the client ongoing information
as to how his property is being perceived by prospective buyers
and visiting realotrs also.
